I am actively seeking sponsorship and/or funding for this website to secure its long-term future. All work to date has been unfunded. It’s hoped that this website will be a catalyst for change for the better for strabismus patients.

The key aims of this website are:
a) to be a supportive and informative hub for strabismus patients, especially adult patients
b) to raise awareness of strabismus
c) to highlight the psycho-social harms that strabismus patients suffer and improve access to psycho-social support
d) to stop strabismus being incorrectly described, and therefore dismissed, as a cosmetic condition
e) to improve care and access to treatment for strabismus patients, adults and children
f) to encourage change within all forms of media where characters and individuals with strabismus are depicted negatively, reinforcing incorrect stereotypes and bias against those who suffer with strabismus

If you believe that the aims above chime with your or your organisation and you would like to support the work involved, either in the form of sponsorship or a donation to the Strabismus Support Project*, please do contact me to discuss this. You can also donate directly via the form below.
Thank you. Lucia

*The Strabismus Support Project, led by Lucia Wilson, combines the creation of the strabismus-support.co.uk website with the individual campaigns associated with the site.
